We provide mobile call-out appointments for individuals, businesses and organisations. All services are carried out in accordance with the Rules of the Superior Courts.

What we can assist with

Signatures & Acknowledgments

Witnessing eligible signatures, attestations and acknowledgments required for legal, administrative or official purposes.

Before we attend

Have the correct documents ready

Preparation requirements vary. The following is a general guide, and the authority receiving the document may impose additional requirements.

  • Bring the complete printed document and do not sign it in advance
  • Bring valid photographic identification
  • For certified copies, bring both the original and the copy
  • Original bank statements should be issued by the bank on headed paper
  • Confirm that the receiving body accepts a Commissioner for Oaths

Important professional boundary

Witnessing is not legal advice

A Commissioner for Oaths verifies identity, witnesses signatures, administers oaths or affirmations and performs permitted certification. We do not advise on the legal effect of a document or decide what wording you should use.

We do not draft affidavits, statutory declarations, legal letters or other legal documents. If wording must be prepared or reviewed, contact the relevant authority or a solicitor before arranging the witnessing appointment.
